Yeah, well, I've hear da lot, but the current #1 Colony for me is Canada. They do an exceptional job of supporting their ruler: the queen.

For a member of a country that allowed its emperor to die in poverty in spite of his good services, this is pretty low.

Well, good luck with Emperor Norton. I think the ruler of Canada, Queen Elizabeth II, is an honorable royal.
