Well I can only speak from personal experience - but rubbing it in around the rim (wet member not dry) makes things (after 5 minutes) go tingly. The real winner in this from what I can make out is the woman. She has a much better chance of smearing the Charlie over a larger area and the coke that's on my rim gets deep inside her.
