I do not see where it tells you, that you can play UNLIMITED SPEED games. Seems like a technicality, but CC has not violated the terms of service based on the above notes.

playing unlimited games is both speed and casual so in that way CC has violated terms of service

lolol. How you twist what is stated does not mean it will be so. You can play an unlimited number of games. Once you exceed a number that you are able to actually play than it becomes point dumping. I recall someone a few months ago that had like 50 speed games up so he could dump points quick. Even if he tried he would never have been able to play em all.

So kinda pointless to have the capability to make more games than you can actually play. Unless your goal is to "drop rank".

It's not that people were necessarily playing 10 at once but many of those 8 person, speed freestyle assassin players like to have many up and waiting at a time because they do take time to fill and the games last about 2 minutes. With the cap they can't do that

I never say any such small print or contract. When I signed...Is CC a registered company? If so then you should be required to show us this contract at time of purchase.

that the most ridicolous thing posted so far about this change. That is a lie and you know it lord kitty. You are saying only 5 people play more than ten speeds at once...thats bullshit...I have played lots at once and all the assassin addictes your stupid.

why do you care...you are a freemium member.
A change has been made to restrict cheaters. This change effects less than 1% of the site. Yet i have never seen more people complain about it. People are just complaining for something to do. Its always the same people who have an issue with anything the site does. No one is asking you to stay

lmao...well i have paided for premi several times dont pull that crap on me.

and dont be an asshole.

YOU made a foolish statement and I just corrected you on it and your getting pissy.

Now look...MAYBE at some point CC should actually CARE about what some of the users think...werid idea I know.

But the fact is ...I am SURE ALOT more people actually play 10 or have over ten speeds waiting to fill than people that are point dumping. In fact i bet if we talk percents and statistics NOT that many people actually point dump...It just seems that way cause a high ranker normally does it and make a scene and has alot of friends so it gets really public...

just cause your a mod and all doesnt mean others havnt been around here just as long and know how it all works with the cheating and point dumping.

I have personaly played over 10 games and had 8 players waiting to fill...that was the fun of it it having so many games to play.

this has nothing with being a mod. Heck I had no idea about it until it was done by lack. I agree with him. I think its a great decision, perhaps 10 isnt the best number but what is....well thats why andy made a thread in gd.

You CAN still play unlimited games. They just can't all be speed games. There was no violation of TOS.

I'm sorry but if they need to hide behind a technicality like that its sad. perhaps a game limit is better than none. perhaps not, but hiding behind a technicality to say we cant do anything about it is stupid. I just want an honest explanation from perhaps an admin or something why they think this is better than allowing unlimited speed games.

It's not a technicality. It is a simply-stated fact. Unlimited speed games were never promised in the TOS.

If you wanna argue about it. a speed game is a game. they promise unlimited simultaneous games. thats breach of contract.

It may be a sad day, but I agree with all the sticks-in-the-mud.

Can you guys imagine if banks, or telecommunications companies had online forums for their customers? What a shit show that would be.

I REPEAT AGAIN....WHEN I PAYED I WAS ABLE TO PLAY UNLIMITED SPEED GAMES.......I ALWAYS PLAY 30-40 games at a time and I DO that WITH many others......SO UNLESS YOUR AN OCTOPUS OR SOMETHING...YOU CANT COUNT THE CC PLAYERS THAT PLAY MANY SPEED GAMES AT ONCE.....JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE THINKS THAT THEY CANT DO SOMETHING, DONT ASSUME OTHERS ARENT ABLE TO.......THIS IS RIDICULOUS....WE WERE NOT WARNED ABOUT ANY CHANGES THAT COULD CUT BACK FROM OUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP...AND THIS SITE IS NOW NOT CHEATING OTHERS..BUT NOW IT IS STEALING.....THE CONTRACT AGREED TO DOESNT STATE ANYWHERE THAT THE 3 THINGS YOU GET FROM PAYING FOR PREMIUM MIGHT BE CUT....
I MEAN YOU GET UNLIMITED GAMES...AND SPEED GAMES...AND A COLORED ICON.... REALLY WHAT AM I PAYING FOR....MY MAIN USE OF THIS SITE HAS BEEN TERMINATED WITHOUT REASON...AND THIS MUST BE LOOKED AT.....AND IF CC WONT...AN OUTSIDE PARTY, THIRD PARTY MUST GET INVOLVED IN THIS FALSE ADVERTISING, CONTRACT BREAKING, THIEVES.......YOU SHOULD BE ADDING TO PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP CAPABILITIES NOT TAKING AWAY...THIS IS RIDICULOUS.....AND NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY

That guy must be foaming from the mouth by now.

And all you guys who whine "CC IS STEALING OUR MONEYS, I'LL SUE!!!!1111" get over it. CC has all the right to change the terms of service. If this wasn't the case anyone who gets banned could sue CC to get their money back.

The rules page states clearly: no refunds. If you find CC's service no longer meets your needs no one forces you to use the site, but don't go whining that CC is somehow "breaking the law" because you don't agree with a rule change. That's just sad and pathetic.

That doesn't even follow logically. Seriously. They promise unlimited simultaneous games...which is a very general statement that does not necessarily include ANY particular style of game. You are thoroughly incorrect in your statement here "if you wanna argue about it".
