Humans can affect electrical circuits with their minds. The best way to get better dice would be to use your mind to control the dice generator. The problem is, there are a few million feet of wire to go through so its unlikely you would have any real chance of affecting the generator, however, you can try, and when you get good dice, can attribute it to your efforts.

I am in on the conspiracy theory, I went from being a 40% win ratio to under 30%, I've gone 1 for 31 since. I must have pissed of one of the developers. lol
