I think he needed and needs more than a warning after I reported him for ratings abuse (just look at his given ratings page) for which he was warned for I got this PM from him!

So according to you all Americans are stupid and cannot spell...You're as much to blame as he is. I have Canadian friends on here and would definitely be sensitive to their feelings enough that I would not make statements including an entire nation of people because of one person.
