I PM'ed you asking if the following maps were acceptable and didn't get a response so I will ask here if either Das Schloss or Oasis are acceptable maps to choose. If neither of those we will go with Brazil.

I also feel I should point out that Benelux is included in your "partial list of acceptable maps" in the OP, but is then listed later as a rejected map because of the bottleneck.

I was in the middle of responding to your pm when my 4-year-old son who has a cold jumped in my lap begging me to hold him... I had to abandon the computer, then forgot to get back to your question.

BeNeLux, as you note IS on my approved list, that's a big oops. Sorry.

Each team plays one game per round. Double elimination, double bracket illustrated below. Lose 2 games and you're out.

Illustration: In round 1 all odd numbered teams win and even numbered teams lose. Odd numbers remain in the winners bracket, even numbers drop to the losers bracket. In each round all losers in the losers bracket are eliminated. Losers in the winners bracket drop to the losers bracket (unless they have 2 losses). In the event a filler is needed to complete a round a random wild card drawing of all losers will be held. Once a wildcard loses a game they are completely eliminated from the tournament.
