He was the cause of a live chat riot if I remember it correctly, he's been banned 7 times and a lot of people hate/strongly dislike him . I think that is more trouble making than some people nominated have done. If no one wants to nominate him he won't be on the list though.

so how is crossing the line not being a trouble maker? He pushes the envelope all the time. There is a difference in observing the rules and breaking them, so isnt breaking them being a trouble maker? Or are we talking about 'different' trouble makers? Only 'special' trouble makers apply?

I do remember Mad Pineapples, but that was a respectable account and the leader of a great clan (Exitum I believe). I prefer to nominate the account that is most associated with the multi abuse.
Something like Captain_Scarlet and her multi. I'd nominate the multi, not Captain_Scarlet.
