No. Not on CC at least. It would take an add on program. But that's actually a cool idea. Would be interesting in general, and a tool for the mods.
A good suggestion. All that is needed is a program that access the old game logs and running the game in a display mode.

You can watch game you are not involved in. Go into live chat and have a look if anybody has started an rt game (thats real time) put the game number in find a game, then enter the game.
you can also look in game finder, under private games most of those will be rt's.

... If you're in dire need of a quick card grab, being able to attack your partner is very handy, especially when your enemies have stacks piled on all your other options.
