i'm a bit confused by the "CC Time" of 07:00:00.
i'm in california, when i post a chat to myself to check CC time it shows an hour behind the actual time (ie., 23:45:00 when it is 12:45 am Sat morning) if St. Patty's tourney starts at 07:00:00 that would be 8AM in California, but when i click on event time link it shows tourney starts 4AM California time (which i assume is the correct starting time).
...My question is, 'Since 4am is probably out of the question for me, will i still be able to get in on the tourney if i login 4 or 5 hrs after tourney starts?"

You are actually three hours behind CC time...Make sure you check of DST in your settings for the correct time. But, regardless - the 24 hour invitations will be used.
