I do feel the rules regarding missed turns are far too lenient and detract from many people's enjoyment of the game. But, as you said, they are what they currently are.

Thanks Teegee. I am wondering about your statement "While I found an instance where it appears he was online, that is not enough." Do you mean I was online at the VERY moment, that the time ran out for me to take my turn?

I confess, I am probably finished with CC, after my remaining 4 games. I would like you to remove my points for this match.

To clarify, I found another game you had taken a turn in the 24 hour period prior to a missed turn, however i did fail to mention that you had contacted me and explained you wanted time to think through strategy, which I accept as valid as I quite often will come back to a game at a later time.
As for points removal, it would have never happened. Only gross or repetitive violations that result in a ban would have ended your game early and taken points off you. Even if you had been found guilty as a 1st offence you would have received a formal warning with bans issued on the next offence.
I am hoping this report has not influenced your decision to leave.
