Feel like this is maybe the sort of thing someone should keep an eye on, when people are given temporary punishments that are supposed to influence future behaviour. From his ratings history it seems he didn't leave ratings for a few months, left a single good rating, and then immediately followed that up with 28 1-star "cheap tactics" ratings.

Shouldn't need much of an investigation.

Why would I when there's this already? Doesn't need any investigations and only 2 clicks and since I'm not gonna screenshot all his left ratings pages and everybody here is able of finding it themselves, why would I bother do anything more than just post here so sniffie sees it again..
