Facts:
- If China won a medal in all 306 Olympic events they would only be #34 in per capita medal count. - If China won 19 out of every 20 medals awarded (gold, silver, bronze) they still wouldn't crack the Top 5 in per- capita Olympic medal count.
Per capita medal calculations are meaningless when a country achieves a certain population.
