look at the time stamp --- 11:39....therefor if gabriel didn't move within 1hrs time he would forfeit his turn thus ending it -- at 12:39. Bandido did not move his troops until almost an hour later....

But if time ran out on his turn, there'd be a message that said "gabriel_404 ran out of time".

And if gabriel simply ended the turn without attacking there would be no message at all.
