Forgot to have “All of the above”
Whichever one is available at any given time is what I eat. Pop tarts, blueberry muffins, omelet, waffle, and pancakes.
My favorite however is sausage balls. These are made with hot ground sausage, cheddar cheese, and red lobster biscuit mix. Baked in the oven. Yum yum.

I eat regular cereals. Usually weetabix or bran flakes, but sometimes I mix it up with corn flakes or even
apricot wheats.
At weekends I might have a cooked breakfast with egg, bacon, black pudding etc. but not during the week.
I would have thought that you would opt for a more superior Chinese cuisine for breakfast... something more along the lines of chicken feet or duck vagina or maybe even dog.

I do miss my breakfast egg pancakes so much it hurts but because I'm so inclusive and awesome I decided not to put those on the list because no one else will know what they are.
Even you, probably. Do you know what a jian bing is without googling?

Of course I do. I get one from a street vender that’s around the corner from where I stay ever morning. Prob one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. And it only costs 2rmb.

fk yeah. Jian bing's the best. +1 for df.
2 is way cheap. By the time I left Beijing I was paying 4-5 RMB a pop, easy.
What's the best thing you ever put in your mouth?

4-5 rmb is still pretty cheap. I’m in Wuxi so a little cheaper than Beijing.
I’m having jidanchaofan right now at one of my favorite little holes in the wall.
That plus a bottle of Snow pijiu for only 12 rmb. Pretty fracking great!
The best thing in my mouth ever? Prob the time when I s’d my own D.

Uhhhh too many things I miss to name them all. Midnight chuan was the best. Can't beat 30 RMB for a big plate of meat, bread and a beer.

No, I've only ever seen it at one of the meal shops here in china town. They claim it's common but I figured it must be either regional or only done in very high end places in China.

Sounds unusual. Most Chinese places in the UK (and I assume elsewhere) tend to serve Hong Kong food so the ice in glasses might be a southern thing.
Having a small glass to drink your beer out of is fairly common though.

I usually don't question tales starting with "In this country they..." too much. I also tend to take it as probably embellished unless it is really common.
Sometimes they can be pretty amusing though.
