The Nobel Prize for Literature might be a good alternative, my top ten reasons (no particular order):

1 ) He's a terrific author of fiction.
2 ) Let's face it, at least one of his aides probably colluded with Sweden.
3 ) "Fake news" is now an internationally recognised genre among authoritarian leaders.
4 ) I guess they gave it to Bob Dylan, and much as I love Bob Dylan, Bob Dylan is not literature, so...
5 ) If he goes through enough press secretaries maybe he could prove that whole monkey theory about writing Hamlet?
6 ) We need to head him off before he writes his own "Dreams from my Father"
7 ) The contracts he signs with women. Pre-nups, NDAs, settlements should count as forms of art.
8 ) Some idiots already hate the Nobel Prize, cause Obama won the Peace version, so why the hell not?
9 ) It's already mired in a sexual harassment scandal this year.
10 ) Obama is probably gonna win one.

Well, looks like the Literature Prize is cancelled this year. I personally have high hopes for Trump in future years though. I doubt I'm the only one hoping to see his Prison Diaries published.

Plus, generic polls tend to favor Democrats in non-presidential election cycles because of Democratic turnout difficulties. Democrats need at least a five-point lead in a generic ballot during a midterm election to translate a poll into a win.
