Having an issue with a player,
bib.ou not accepting invites or responding. The issue with someone taking his place is that the groups were seeded.
Would anyone have a problem with a replacement?

bib.ou appears off-site and is not accepting his invites, as such he is out of the tournament, and also banned from the next quarterly challenge tournament.
He did not play any games so we will do a simple replacement. Groovysmurf has volunteered (or perhaps been voluntold) to be the replacement.
She'll pick her settings and take his spot in his group.

tfh182 is being removed from this tournament. All of his games will be null and void. No points will be given for wins or losses. Division B now only has 6 players.

There are three divisions. The winner of each division advances so do we have three finalists and each play 5 games against the other two?

No, it will end up being the two lower seeds fight in a best of 5, winner of that fights the higher seed in another best of 5 for the tournament win.
Seeding for the final round will be by tournament record, so doing well through all stages of the tournament is key to avoid the extra best of 5. In the event of people being tied in record for the tournament, initial seeding (higher score) will determine the higher seed.

No, they won't. We didn't count the tournament games that started after the deadline on the first quarterly as well. i hadn't intended for the tournaments to be as long when the event was designed. My bad I thought we could get the tournament done before the deadline (both for this one and the first Quarterly) but obviously I was wrong.
