Although a lot of threads are around about the dice i accept that they arent going to get any better and everyone is in the same boat.
however when dice are made in lines (random.org) in reality if you throw 3 dice against 2 dice go look at the odds then i bet its not a 50 50 result

it's always comforting to know that whenever we run out of meaningful things to discuss someone will always start yet another thread complaining about the dice. it keeps us safe from those uncomfortable silences.

1s 2735 / 16651 (16.43%)
2s 2724 / 16651 (16.36%)
3s 2810 / 16651 (16.88%)
4s 2794 / 16651 (16.78%)
5s 2787 / 16651 (16.74%)
6s 2801 / 16651 (16.82%)
Looks pretty fair to me... that's a pretty good even distribution.

the amount of 'are the dice fair' threads on this board is beyond a joke. EVERY SINGLE PLAYER HERE gets shit rolls and good rolls..
i lost about 200 points at the start of the week and i couldn't roll a win if my life depended on it, but only today i managed to clean up an escalating cards game where i deployed 26 and had to clean up 23 armies spread across the board to win (other wise they wouldve cashed next go and i was gone.. ) to my surprise i managed to pull it off...
i think the issue is a non-point
we all have the good days and the bad.. get over it

The dice even up in the end !
I see more games lost by poor play than by shocking dice and most of my opponents are pretty good .

I try to be a good sport about it, but sometimes the dice are just evil!
I've gotten some very bad rolls on CC, but the worst was on a different Risk-style game. Imagine the look on my face when I saw my opponent's 3 defenders defeat my 47 attackers, ending with 1 on each side.

my understanding is there is no such thing as random dice when produced by a computer. In order to roll "random" dice, an ordered (non-random) algorithm must be used. It seems random to us because we don't have access to the rule or the starting point.

The dice here are taken from random.org, which is supposed to be taking data from physical events. So CC is using what appears to be a true random number generator, not a computer-only PRNG.

the dice should even out over a longer period of time, be patient
