Well let's weigh them out.
Women: Curie, Dickinson, Bronte, Austen, Elizabeth I, Cleopatra
Men: Einstein, Tesla, Newton, Galileo, Dickens, King Jr., Ghandi
Ok, balance that out with the fact that women couldn't get truly educated, vote, or participate in reality for a long time. Also balance that Newton was a nut and that galileo didn't die for his beliefs.
Women win. I'm a feminist, so there.
