There is a NYC map... check the main forum. And there is no 9/11 reference, thank the sky

Okay. Here is what I think the bonus values for each continent should be:

Lakeview = 4
Gentilly = 5
Mid-City = 8
Central City/Garden District = 5
Uptown/Carrollton = 7
Downtown = 2 & +1 with Superdome(like the Throne in the Siege map)
Bywater = 4
Algiers = 3
New Orleans East = 3
Lower Ninth Ward = 1

I am interested in reviving a project for a New Orleans map I began a long time ago, but had to abandon. However, I've recently been able to convert a pdf file of a New Orleans map into a jpg file, which should make it easier to edit for CC purposes.
Here is what I have to work with so far:



What I need are people who can improve upon this graphically and people who can do the technical work with xml and such. I've already figured out all the boundaries for territories and continents.

Are there any folks out there interested in lending their efforts to this project?

Thank you, Mr Benn. I wasn't sure about posting in the Ideas forum since this is an old idea I proposed a while back before I figured out how to get this map from pdf--->jpg.

Anyone interested in helping revive this project? Is Cartooning that tough? I think I can tackle the XML fairly easy, it seems that getting the map into an image would be the toughest part

I can take a stab at it as long as Paulus doesn't mind. If not , give me through the weekend to get a rough draft up.

Okay I heard from Paulus and this map is a go, so as soon as I get a draft done I will be posting it here.
