Frequently, but that's usually related to a massive coding effort and not posting in CC threads.

IDK. i just like responding to what people post. It's funny to have another dice thread (although it takes up a lot of room) because it's kind of a theme in GD, a recurring event that happens every so often. Another chance to say "oh, look! a new dice thread!" Who knows why that's so entertaining but it is.

I love how some people in here who complain about people complaining about people complaining about the dice are the first to respond to these types of threads.

It's interesting as to why people complainging about people complaining about people who are complaing about people who are complaining about the dice post in these kinds of threads.

Nice try natty. The problem is I am not contradicting myself by posting on this thread because I have no problem with people complaining about the dice. See the difference?

You can bump this till the cows come home, I'm not a communist so I believe in freedom of speech. I just don't understand all the contradiction regarding "dice complainers".

You seem to have, otherwise why post at all?

Your attempt at standing on a moral high ground is a failure.

Natty, you are applying what I am saying to me but you fail to see that I don't mind these threads being bumped. I don't have a problem with dice threads but those who basically tell people to not bother making a dice thread are being counter-productive when they start trolling said dice thread. See the difference??

First of all, there's plenty of dice threads already - there's no reason to start new ones, so anyone who tells the zillionth dice complainer that he could have posted in one of the existing thread has a legitimate reason to do so.

Dice complaints have been posted here since the site opened, they are not likely to go anywhere, no matter what.

But you're being a hypocrite here. You're basically saying that the dice complainers should be allowed to post their dice complaints, because they have a right to complain, but then you're saying that other people shouldn't be allowed to complain about the dice complaints. Why do you allow one type of complaining, but not the other?

I think you just want to try to elevate yourself above the debate just to feel superior to both sides. In reality, you're just complaining about the complaining about the complaining. While I'm complaining about your complaining about the complaining about the complaining. See how it works?

he did not lose a 13 vs 1 guys.

I see utter bs like this all the time. I dare someone once to jsut take a screenshot. I have taken several of my really bad rolls. and I think the worse Ive ever lost was a12 vs 3?

but a 13 vs 1 is something like 99.997 percent a win. let me check real fast.

here -- 99.99949
territory is defeated 99.99949 % of the time. I call bullcrap till I see proof.

:middle fingers up: I find dice hatred to be quite invigorating actually and read it as a healthy reminder to play consistently. Reading dice gripes most certainly does not effect me negatively. It is a harsh reality that random doesn't always fall in our favor even with the stronger odds. Also it helps to delineate your opponent. :middle fingers still up:

This is a healthy attitude KH. There is no reason to take dice threads personally and feverishly defend the merits of the current dice system.
As far as contradiction goes the only ones who are contrary are those who continue to post on dice threads when they are arguing against them in the first place. That's the only contradiction in this whole discussion and my point from the beginning. The dice complainers are complaining, that just makes them complainers. The dice trolls are posting complaints about dice threads IN a dice thread which makes them not only complainers but contradictory to boot.

there's something to be said for anyone who gives a guy called King_Herpes the creeps.

personally i think old FT might be the second coming of creepaholic himself... really, truly, the latest gorgeous forum slut that you just want to take out behind the shed and get freaky with. go freakyT!

in other news, dice complainers are suffering under the weight of delusions so vast that it is a wonder they can get their felt hats on straight, let alone play a game of chance competitively.

I'M NOT COMPLAINING HERE .....

this is just a comment on what you said because you cryed bullshit over a 13v1 loss ... and though I can't verify that it is true I CAN verify that I have lost 18v2 more than once ... and in another game I had an opponent take 51 vs 60 and have 49 left (and then I subsequently lost an 18v2).

A 13v1 loss is TOTALLY believeable on this site ....

I was concerned that my post would be taken as a complaint but it wasn't my intention ....

when someones says bullshit you didn't lose 13v1 because the odds are blah blah blah .... I say well I've lost worse odds than that more than once so basicly you're just talking out of your ass .... is what I meant

I have been in a terrible dice rut lately. However I have to practice what I preach, grit my teeth and salvage what I can of my games until I can get some halfway decent rolls.
