I nominate Cuba (the most hotties per capita I've seen), although I've heard Russia is starting to produce some hotties.

I've got to say my home nation, Australia. If i walk through the city for too long my neck begins to hurt from turning around to get second looks.
For the country with the ugliest women, it would have to be Malaysia. The country has 3 major ethnic groups and they're all terrible. I feel sorry for the men of that country.
