Would something like that be legally binding? Would it hold up well in court?

I don't think there is a prosecuting attorney anywhere who would be unable to shoot this down with ridiculous ease.

Let's face the facts people. The only reason he's even considering this idiotic request is so he can get in her pants.

First lets assume that this is actually a serious question and not a farce to get a rise out of people. Next lets assume that the "contract" would hold up in court (which I agree with some of the others that it would only hang you). If the baby is as developed as you said, a punch hard enough to kill the fetus stands a very good chance of detaching her placenta. If not treated soon after that would cause her to bleed to death internally, thus killing them both. Now you've killed 1 human for sure, 2 if the court decides the baby is a person also and you're screwed. Then you get to be the idiot on the news that everyone with any decent morals wants to kill (ironic isn't it). I would advise you to have her talk to a doctor about safe ways to abort the child, or just to have her put it up for adoption after birth.
