Now that the tournament is full, I sent a request for tournament privileges. Once I have the games set up, I will send each player a PM with their game number and password. Remember: You have 72 hours to join your game; after that, the reserves will take your spot.

Some announcements:

1) Congratulations to jasonyee, God Emperor Q, Mgall, and Darth Cariss for advancing into Round 2! Here were the final standings:

Congratulations to everyone in Group 1! It looks like you had some fun battles.

2) Group 3 has finally finished the first game! After a grueling 153 rounds, amazzony emerged victorious to capture a hard-fought North American Trophy. Game two has been posted and should start soon (once I pin down a reserve )

3) Group 2 has moved onto the final battleground of Round 1: EUROPE. Zemljanin has been quite the Slaughterballa, capturing the North American Trophy and the South American Trophy. Can he make it a three-for-three sweep, or will one of the challengers steal the title from him? The game is up, and ready for action. Good luck!

This tournament certainly came to a sudden and unexpected death.

It seems that tender regularly visits CC. I really don't know why he doesn't visit this thread...

It looks as if tender has left us.
I would be happy to resume this tourney as the leader if the mods would give me privelages to it

Tender hasn't been on since jan 1st
