team three has been added now.
because there was no card type that won by a large sum, the choice will be random between no cards, flat rate, and escalating.
these will be put on exactly the same pieces of paper and shook for 5 mins before being drawn out of a hat or something to help ensure randomness

k updated the first post with current teams and put in red words Needs to vote next to the teams that need to vote (lol duh). registration is still wide open folks! remember everyone includs non-xi even if it is a xi tourny
