Going back to the original post - one of breaking account sitting rules - then this is clearly the case, as the rules DO insist that you must declare when you are account sitting.

Go to 'Rules' then 'Community Guidelines' and you find:-

Account-Sitting:
•Players are allowed to account-sit for others as long as they are not opponents within the game. When sitting for a player, you need to post who you are and how long you will be sitting for the player so that other players in the game are aware of who they are actually playing.•
Being on another player's account for ANY reason other than taking turns when they are in danger of missing a turn is not allowed. Abuse of this privilege can be considered account sharing and could result in a Bust for both accounts.

Clearly most who have replied in this thread have missed this paragraph in the rules.

I made Andy and opie aware of it. Don't ignore the community guidelines. I have always been under the impression that you didn't have to announce when you are baby sitting.

It is important to have SPECIFIC rules in place in re of sitting. This is probably multi but still raises the question of sitting rules.

In re of labeling complaints [pending] notation lets us know at a glance that it is being looked at and to let other mods know without them having to open & read.

The only real problem I see with LV labeling is just posting [closed] instead of [cleared] - [Busted] - [Warned] or [Noted]

Interesting side note. MODS can FOE us but we can't foe them? Geeze thats awfully adult. My foe list is 3 shy cuz of this.

Mobile phones and SMS systems got a lot of problems by governor so people could not communicate, and internet censoring and filtering went to a new level while even mail systems such as yahoo and gmail got blocked for some days, our internet is being controlled by governor and only way to be hidden from governor or to pass censoring is using VPN that many Iranian people are using this right now!

For your info VPN means Virtual Private Network and using it people can connect to a server from their computer using different protocols and use the server's internet connection in place of the one they have so people can access hiddenly and without any censor to internet ...

Before http://www.your-freedom.net VPN be blocked I was using it as well which would my IP to be one of their server IPs, most the time Germany, some times USA and I can remember 2 or 3 times GK was my IP and when I was not using it, it was my Dynamic Iran IP ...

So changings of my flag have a very simple reason, using VPN!!!!!

BlueButterfly is my RL friend and we played RISK before this site and we joined here together as well ...

This is my statistics in games VS BlueButterfly: 49 from 164(30%)

I have a 30% won percent which isn't low in 1vs1 games when your opponent always is the lucky one, so your other idea is completely wrong too!

Check some of our speed games, some times we had 4 or 5 doubles speed games in same time, how the hell we can be 1 person!? how the hell some one can play 5 speed games at same time with 2 accounts which means 10 turns in 5 minutes and also extra seconds of logging ins and logging outs?

And also I'm interested why when I want to join a game with BlueButterfly in it, it says I can't can because I'm banned playing with one of players in game, why? who banned me from playing with BlueButterfly?

i think till you are cleared of the case you wont be able to join any games with BlueButterfly

They have been told. They receive an email. If you would like to know i suggest you take it up with them.
They have been busted as multiple accounts.

Its not that hard to see they've been online simultaneously with two IPs of two different cities ( when they connect directly not with circumventor ).
they signed up together , sure, they got busted because of night2's childish acts, then the two of them signed up together. Cause we can't have E-account n it's hard to purchase online, so one goes through the trouble not both. more importantly me , goozbeh and BlueButterfly like to play together in this website, it's not hard to understand that they decided together whether join again or not.

Creating any multiple accounts is against the rules. Even if they werent using the other accounts.
Now I have already asked that if there is a problem to send in an e-tickey.

I opened a ticket, but i wanted to ask u, the one who reported the result.
she asked admins how she can delete her account, but the answer was u can't.

Dammit you guys, couldn't you have waited to frickin boot butterfly until I finished our tourni game with her as my partner? I didn't do scheet and now i'm paying for it.

And this really seems like a lame snare for you guys, they were just playing on new accounts after distancing themselves from the old ones. It's like we got a bunch of wikipedia admins in here or something...

Whatever you do with your account, you will be held accountable for whatever violations you commit. If your actions cost you to get busted or banned, you don't go and make another one and declare yourself as a 'new and different' member because you are no longer using your original account which got you busted or banned in the first place. For this case, their old accounts were banned, not just busted, and prior to this recent bust, one, having a history for creating more multiple accounts didn't help his cause either. Even if they wanted back in, or was able to come back somehow, I'm afraid they should have not even tried.

Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games or are even in use.
