MM didn't do that, he attacked my country and myself. It was a bigoted response that had nothing to do with the play. It's out of order to attack a person for where they come from.
Do you think American players would have stood for that? There's got to be some guidelines on CC and attacking someone in that kind of manner is out of order.
CC is an international game with players from all over the world. If this is allowed then the game is going to descend into name calling and abuse. It should not be allowed.
If you can't see that there has got to be some guidelines and this breaches it.
Quite frankly if someone had cracked an American joke I wouldn't care less. SIUC

That's Your choice, I guess. I got a right to object to it.

Maybe. But let's give it another shot...
A Welshman was washed up on a beach after a terrible shipwreck.
Only a sheep and a sheepdog were washed up with him.
After looking around, he realised that they were stranded on a deserted
island. After being there a while, he got into the habit of taking his two animal
companions to the beach every evening to watch the sun set.
One particular evening, the sky was a fiery red with beautiful cirrus
clouds the breeze was warm and gentle - a perfect night for romance.
As they sat there, the sheep started looking better and better to the
lonely Welshman. Soon, he leaned over to the sheep and put his arm around it.
But the sheepdog, ever protective of the sheep, growled fiercely until
the man took his arm from around the sheep.
After that, the three of them continued to enjoy the sunsets together,
but there was no more cuddling.
A few weeks passed by and, lo and behold, there was another shipwreck.
The only survivor was a beautiful young woman, the most beautiful woman
the man had ever seen.
She was in a pretty bad way when he rescued her and he slowly nursed her
back to health.
When the young maiden was well enough, he introduced her to their evening
beach ritual.
It was another beautiful evening red sky, cirrus clouds, a warm and
gentle breeze - perfect for a night of romance.
Pretty soon, the Welshman started to get "those feelings" again.
He fought the urges as long as he could, but he finally gave in and
leaned over to the young woman, cautiously, and whispered in her ear, "Would you mind taking the dog for a walk?".

You would accept someone putting you down for the country you come from ? You don't answer my point at all. I am not going to tell an idiotic joke against americans to illustrate the point.
Sheep shagging jokes ain't funny.
Bigotry and racism ain't funny.
Having a go at the person for their play and not the country they come from is wrong.
You man are a schmuck of the highest order.

Nah, sheepshagging jokes are funny - for example,
What does a Kiwi call a sheep stuck in a fence?
A leisure centre.
Admit it, that's funny. Go on, you chuckled a bit didn't you tammy boyo?

Since you went to the trouble of pming me and one other global mod I will assume you would prefer it if I or the other mod dealt with this, so here we go.
Using swearwords is not against the guidelines.
"how do you get a welsh man to shut the fuck up ? ................... Tell him htey are nothing more than a principality which is a drain on our culture and economy" by itself is not exactly bigotry, with or without the smilie. Not even when it comes from someone I suspect lives in England (or possibly Scotland, probably not in Wales).
I see no slurs against the Welsh, no hate speech, no obstinate and/or irrational hostility against a group of people. Taking the context into account I don't see any bigotry at all, what I see is a bad joke aimed at you for talking (in MM's opinion) too much.
Criticizing the place someone else comes from is not against the guidelines and in fact happens all the time in the off-topics forum currently known as "Turtle Soup". Now, if monkeymagic had made several such or similar comments, a case for trolling, baiting or maybe even bigotry (depending on the hypothetical comments) might be made. But from this one comment in this context... no, sorry.
You can foe monkeymagic and give him a low rating in attitude, however, his behaviour does not warrant any formal disciplinary action.
Also: No more jokes in this thread. Any further jokes, especially involving sheep, will be treated as baiting and/or trolling.
End of official part.
As Owen said, comments aren't removed from gamechats, I'm not sure individual comments even can be removed, maybe the Great Turtle lackattack can do it, but I know that I can't.
