You think Barca will win the leaue? My money is on them despite crashing out to Inter in the semis.
It's impossible to know, they have the lead for 1 point only, Real Madrid is playing well, not as well as Barca but they win the games. Every team they play against will try to stop them just for pride.
Both have impressive points, in any normal La Liga season with those points anyone would be the champion by now.
It only takes a Barca tie for Real Madrid to win the league.
I'm a Merengue.

Watching MOTD. Liverpool actually played allright in the first half, they're just defensively poor, and really lack much up front without Torres. The backpass brings to mind Gerrard's one against France for England.

Yeah, Liverpool had nothing to offer against Chelsea. I see some changes coming for Liverpool Football Club.

Speaking of relegation battles... Anyone watch Sheffield Wednesday vs Crystal Palace? That was a relegation battle special! That game was much much better than any of the premiership games played this weekend, with Crystal Palace needing only a draw to survive and Wednesday needing a win. It finished 2-2, Sheffield go down, Palace stay up.

I think Hart is likely, not so sure about Buffon.

He's said he wants to come to england, and juve have apparantly indicated they're willing to let him go for the right offer. Wenger tends to prefer more experienced keepers so you never know... [/delusional]

Well if Benitez goes to Juve, he may opt to bring Reina with him, as he's clearly a favourite (and look-a-like). So I guess it could happen. Best idea would be to get both.

Makes sense, buffon available, wanting a move to england, no other big english clubs with the finances/need for him... we'll be making a cheeky £50K bid for the second choice albanian U21 keeper then
