I sent a pm, but for those who have that disabled or any who forgot here is what I wrote:

Hello all. I will be making the games and sending out invites this Saturday. This message is mostly for those of you freemiums so you have an empty slot available come Saturday. If you do not join your game in the 24 hours allowed by the invite you will be replaced with a reserve. Remember only the winner moves on to the next round. Good Luck!

P.S. If you get this message more than once then you are signed up more than once. Please notify me of this immediately. If I find a duplicate later on and that person failed to notify me they will be kicked from the tournament (as being in the tourney more than 1 spot is tantamount to cheating)

Agent was looking for some reserves. I came in as one, but I think he is still recruiting them.

pm everybody that signed up - everyone that responds in a 24 hr period would be included in the tourney - those that dont - screw'em

its been like 2 weeks and my game is still not joined by 2 people

drop all current games and start over . . .

you cant really drop games becasue some games have already been played

so i think this turns is kind of ill made... he waited so long after people signed up people probley forgot that they signed up

I am at Group 43 and we are still waiting for a fourth. Can you replace the person we are waiting for with an alternate?

Between people who were banned and those who signed up twice, I used up 20 reserves almost immediately. At this point there are 2 options:

1. Any games that haven't started I take players and throw them into games together. This will make things messy as the next round and every round on will have a weird number of games.

2. I allow players to invite anybody they want to fill their game. Not really the fairest option, but it is a quick way to find reserves and get the tournament going again.

Let me know what you guys think, as there are WAY too many open slots for me to find reserves on my own.

Are there others from the 1st tourney willing to come into this one as a reserve and vice versa. I noticed a post in the 1st tourney that you have some deadbeats and no shows there as well. This might be a good 3rd option.
