watch with the sound off..........you wouldnt hear the score or the fucking trumvuzelpetsTimminz wrote:Fucking cunt of an announcer in the Greece/Nigeria game, just told me the score of the early game! Normally avoiding pre-game, post-game, and half-time is enough to not have the games ruined.

Oh, I don't mind the vuvuzelas, and for the 2, or 3 matches I might have spoiled for me, I'd much prefer to have the sound on.Gypsys Kiss wrote:watch with the sound off..........you wouldnt hear the score or the fucking trumvuzelpetsTimminz wrote:Fucking cunt of an announcer in the Greece/Nigeria game, just told me the score of the early game! About fucking time they turned up.....shame it only happened when the other team went down to 10 menthegreekdog wrote:GREECE!!!!
I hope they get pumped out, they are boring and untalented. Without the red card it would have been 2 or 3 nil.Gypsys Kiss wrote:About fucking time they turned up.....shame it only happened when the other team went down to 10 menthegreekdog wrote:GREECE!!!!
I'm surprised it is, at the half.Gypsys Kiss wrote:Cant see this one ending 0-0
If you think about it, it's not that unlikely. All either side would need is to not lose, so they could both be playing highly defensive (firefox tells me that's spelled incorrectly, but I refuse to put a 'c' in there) games.Lord+Master wrote:Fantastic! I always enjoy watching the French lose![]()
So Uruguay and Mexico can play out a friendly draw and they'll both qualify... not that professionals would ever stoop to such a thing of course
Yup(except maybe the Scottish, they've had a few alliances over the centuries)Timminz wrote:I guess that's one thing all Brits have in common; their distaste for the French.
The worst game I've seen was Germany v Austria. Cant remember the year, but a 1-0 German win would see them both through. It was like a training game, just passing the ball about, and Germany won 1-0 at the expense of Algeria I think. That is why the final group games are played simultaniously now.Timminz wrote:If you think about it, it's not that unlikely. If the announcers in those games give updates on the other match, I think I'll fucking kill someone.Gypsys Kiss wrote:the final group games are played simultaniously now.
