you should specify if the concrete is set or not, I mean, dry would be more immediate, but wet would be more permanent.

well, he used the preposition "into", so from that we can assume he was meaning concrete that hasn't set up yet. then again, he may not know what a preposition is or does. in my limited interactions w/him, i have not found him to be what one would describe as a mentally robust individual...*shrugs*

With the 50th anniversary of hip-hop being celebrated all over the place, the news programs are full of talking heads claiming that "hip-hop has done more than anything else to break down racial barriers."

I think the exact opposite is true.

The endless barrage of videos of black men yelling profanities, bragging about how violent they are and how promiscuous they are, has done more to reinforce negative stereotypes of blacks than any white supremacist propaganda could ever have done.

When I was in high school, the consensus was that racism was a thing of the past and pretty much eradicated. Now it seems racial tensions are high and still getting higher.
