a month ago, he admitted that a team with no experienced and already title winners cannot win anything.. he was like, the players who never won anything cannot control themselves in crucial moments. he also added that such kind of players need some previously title winners to keep things going smooth. in other words, he's aware that a team of all title hungry players cannot win so they need to have few winners.

he also defended his policy by saying "arsenal cannot spend big because we are not Chelsea or real Madrid. we are still paying for our stadium."

Wenger should be respected.Very tough environment to compete in, and he did win the Prem, FA cup etc with Arsenal. You do remember the invincibles right? With a little more luck, he would have won a CL with Arsenal. He also tries to let his team play beautiful football, which is already enough to win me over :p

So Arsenal need money to spend. Here's a plan. Sell Bendtner, Arshavin, Fabregas, and Almunia at least. That should generate around £50-60 mil to spend on a proper keeper like Given, and some other decent players.

I heard otherwise a couple of days ago. the administratives of the club started getting impatient and asked Wenger to use the always have been available money. also, they asked him to stop bringing foreigners who are Premier League rockies. they have firmly recommended to buy British people who are already adapted to the PL environment.

He'll get one more season. If we win nothing next season, we will have to kick his ass.

according to my experience and knowledge, the owner who overpays to win something will definitely stop or at least slow down a lot once that thing is won...

Massimo Moratti (Inter President) is not being as much as he used to do a couple of years ago. and if Chelsea won the CL, I doubt Abramovich will care anymore.
