ani is not allowed to post in this thread (game rules), until the end game scene. if he does, he will be barred from any of my games. you will see why in a moment. I'm home, so a vote count and scene will arrive shortly.

>Vote Count<

animorpherv1 (7+) -- cmc, Skoff, mil, Mac, Flores, will, sam
Macalaster (3) -- ani, ink, LSU

With 14 alive it takes 8 to approve an execution.

The residents of Evergreen Drive were determined to get their revenge for the loss of their two beloved neighbors. Animorpherv's protestations eventually fell on deaf ears. Finally backing him into a corner, they tied ani up and brought him around into the back alley. He struggled the entire way, but was unable to overcome the determined mob. A sudden shot to the head, and he was no more. His body was dumped into the seldom-used and never-emptied trash bin, until something better could be thought of. Without a word, the crowd made its way to ani's house, intending to search it for some proof of his guilt.
To everyone's suprise and dismay, they discovered that he was apparently the only person who did not keep his spare key under the doormat. They searched around for a fake rock, but no success.
This spurred everyone's interest. They all ran back to the meeting room, and opened up the computer in the corner, searching for whatever they could find of his past. After an hour of searching, all they knew was that he had, as he claimed, been a locksmith of considerable skill but little in the way of money, working in a small town near the west coast. Nothing more could be found about him, and nobody had the courage to break into his house. As the lower tip of the sun started to lower itself below the distant mountains, the confused, overwhelmed, and tired members of the Neighborhood Watch wandered back to their respective residences, vaguely dreading what the night what may or may not bring.

Animorpherv1 (Retired Locksmith) is dead.

Notes:
alive/dead list has been updated
As you wander back to your houses, 10 posts total will be allowed to discuss today's events, in the first 10 hours. After that, you're all sleeping, so there will be absolutely no posts allowed, period.
As this game follows an ideal of realism, those with an investigative role may investigate houses of the already deceased.

well i find normal that him was hated, i mean is quite human to feel a bit of envy for a lottery winner, thought i am a bit worried by his claim, his death leave me with a bitter taste in my mouth, obviously him wasnth the brightest, but i think that him didnt expose his key as most of us do because him was afraid of us stealing his money, but i dont think there is much more to it.

Oh well, its time to sleep, lets hope that this night wont bring us any other misfortune.

if you see this, please edit your post to remove what you said.
EDIT: Thank you. I believe in giving people sixth chances, so there's a possibility I might let you into future games... Try asking someone to be a teacher for you.

you all are 2/10 of the way to your houses. 8 remaining posts allowed.

I dont think so Sam but it may be that because he broke the rules Dito made him 'Hated'.

For those that are confused Hated players take one less vote to lynch than most ordinary people.

Sorry for using 3 of the 10 posts I think we have 3 left.

That was a bit harsh, especially since he didn't reveal anything of substance. Then again the quote of animorph doesn't say anything :?.

If you look back, Animo edited his post, so he could of said something of substane and Dito just removed it in his post, so no one else would read whatever animo should not of said.

After I posted that, ani immediately PMed me, and apologized, and edited his post. He had made an understandable mistake (he thought my order was to not say anything until after his lynch). That's when i put the "EDIT" into that post of mine.

I'm still waiting on one or more night actions! If you don't hurry, i'm going to post your names! (not really)

Everyone who was active at night just received a PM describing their events. I am about to post the morning scene. Whether or not you have a night action, please check your inbox before reading the morning scene. Most people do not have a PM, but if you do you should definitely read it first.

A Martyr, a Hero, a Dog.

In the early morning, shortly before sunrise, everyone heard two shots go off, echoing through the deceptively peaceful streets. Slowly pulling themselves out of bed, they realized with dread that these events were far from over. Whether or not animorpherv was partially responsible, it is clear that his death did not solve the problems. Some were afraid, fearing for their lives and the lives of their friends. Some were angry, determined to get their revenge on whoever was perpetrating these horrible deeds.

Everyone started to congregate in the street, wandering out of their houses warily, but not getting near eachother. As everyone listened, they heard... sobbing. It was coming form pmc's house. Approaching his open door as a group, finally daring to get near eachother, they looked inside. He was kneeling over the dead body of his beloved dog. It had apparently given its life to save him. The startled residents of Evergreen Drive helped pmc to his feet, and walked him slowly to the meeting house... the sentiment of the people stopped being fearful; they stopped feeling sad. The atmosphere, for every single one of them, became resolute, determined, and angry. Something must be done.

pmc's dog (martyr pet) is dead.

Day 2 begins

With 13 alive it takes 7 to approve execution..

Oh right, I meant to say -- I got an odd PM from LSU last night, telling me to "keep my action on macalaster." When I asked him what he meant, he did not respond.

My hubby and I think he may be scum, and may have sent the PM to the wrong person last night. So: vote LSU

unless, of course, LSU is some kind of confusion-spreading role, who has to send cryptic messages to random people in the game. ;)

McHugh, i'm very sorry to hear about your dog.

vote lsu.
