I have done some research to see which country per capita is the best on CC
I have got the top 250 people on the first page of the scoreboard and counted how many each country has.
Then divided these numbers by the population of the country they come from.
To make it fair, i am only calculating the countries that appear 2 or more times on the scoreboard's first page.

The formula i am using to work out the score's is
Number of times a country appears on the scoreboard / its population X 10,000,000 (to get rid of the decimals)

New Zealand = 12.5
Sweden = 10
Canada = 6.66
Netherlands = 6.25
Ireland = 5, Croatia = 5
Portugal = 4
UK = 3.6
Jordan = 3.33, Hong Kong 3.33
USA = 3.28
Turkey = 2.85
Australia = 2.3
France = 0.93
Spain = 0.86
Malaysia = 0.74
Germany = 0.6
Thialand = 0.47
South Africa = 0.42
Russia = 0.21
Saudi Arabia = 0.08
China = 0.02

There are the full results, that took ages.Feel free to check it if you want....But it will take a while

The way you worked it out is all wrong.The whole population of your country is no good.What that should be is the number of Internet users...Farmers in Devon UK have only just got Electricity ..Let alone Internet.Where as every tom ,dick and Gandalf have an up and running PC in NZ.

I worked it out months ago.Holland came in first so I kept quiet .

the problem is also that the site is a lot better known in some countries than others.
