hi there i'm back, i managed to cut my trip short, i read threw the pages and i see we have a main suspect : Balsiefen.
its quite early to be really sure if he is or is not scum, if we mistake him and kill another townie them the mafia will have an upper hand. and i think a role claim is a bit quite early and if he is a pro-town role (a.k.a. doctor, cop) he will for sure be killed night 1.
not quite sure how to go from here, i'll just Fos balsiefen for now

I have explained and defended against accusations more than any mafia could, if there is anything else you find suspicious about me please tell me instead of poking FOS's at me

anyway, a third lynch, while sensable if we had concrete suspicions is a bit risky when its blind shots in the dark.

I say wait till tomorow then go on a lynching crucade

I would agree with you if we hadn't already lynched scum. I've adressed these arguments before. My main point against lynching 3 when aimless suggested it was because we do not know how many NKs there will be. Now if Red Bull was telling the truth, and I have no reason to believe he was not, that is one less NK we have to worry about. Sure we still don't know how many NKs there will be and we have a slightly higher chance of lynching town but we can afford to now that a killing scum role is out of the picture. Also I have never advocated random "blind" voting. If we take the time to fully investigate our suspicions before we lynch that will not be blind voting. That is what I have been aiming to do. I presented my suspicions on you and you defended yourself well so I no longer have my vote on you. I think it's time to find another lead.

Yep, that's what bugs me about not having a 3rd lynch, but I'm running out of ideas for day 1... Still having suspicions, but no other basis than high paranoïa for them In any case, we have too little time now so another lynch would have to be a completely random bandwagon. I'm not comfy with the idea at this point, so...

The day has come to a close. Looking through the home of Red Bull, the town did discover in fact that he was a serial killer with a list of who he wanted to kill.

Chad's house revealed that he had a stethescope, pills, and other medical items. Just as the townies were beginning to believe that they had lynched a town doctor, an unsigned letter was found stating Chad had been accepted into a mafia group as a mafia doctor.

When everyone rose the next day, the following people were discovered to have not come out of their house: Balsie and Red Bull 2.0.
At Balsie's house, it was discovered that he was a Pro-town Doctor . At Red Bull 2.0's hut, an armory of sorts was found along with Red Bull's body Pro-town Random Vigilante .
Next day deadline is Sunday at 3PM CST

Okay, here's what we know :

We killed the mafia doc and the serial killer day one. There were two night kills; but the vig died overnight. I'm not yet willing to assume that the vig was responsible for one of those kills, so I would prefer to assume that there will still be two night kills tonight, as well.

Assuming there were four mafia to start with, there are three left. (Optional possibility - there were two three-man scum groups; one has two men left.) This means that we need to ensure that there are at least nine of us alive at the end of the day today (nine minus two kills gives seven, which means the mafia cannot win tonight).

There are currently twelve alive; so, another three lynches today seems optimal to me.

I don't normally do this for games, but I feel like giving a rundown on each of the remaining players.

1. ga7 - Voted (late) for Chad (scum), led the lynch on red bull (SK), tried to lead a lynch against Balseifen (doc).

2. Incandenza replaces firth4eva - Missed the vote on Chad (voted too late), voted for red bull, wasn't around for the abortive wagon on Balseifen.

6. The1Exile - Missed the vote on Chad (forgot to unvote), also missed the vote for red bull; tried to lead a wagon against ga7.

7. PancakeMix - First vote against Chad, did not vote for red bull.

8. mandalorian2298 - Voted for red bull, not for Chad.

9. Fircoal - Voted (late) for both Chad and red bull. It should be noted that Chad and Fircoal seemed to have a connection during the early spam on day one.

10. kwanton - Voted (late) for Chad, did not vote for red bull.

11. Kalishnikov replaces spinwizard - Voted (late) for Chad, did not vote for red bull.

12. Koesen - Voted for both lynches.

14. Skoffin - Missed both lynches.

16. Pain Killer (Just got back) - Voted Chad, not red bull.

17. Aimless - Voted for both.

Unless further evidence comes forth, I'm willing to give pcm, Koesen and Pain Killer the benefit of the doubt, as they were among the first to vote against Chad (and did so before his lynch became fait accompli).

My top suspicions for scum as of right now are ga7, Fircoal, and Skoffin; I'm also suspicious (but to a lesser extent) of Incan and Kalishnikov based on the voting patterns of their predecessors.

I have reason to believe that mandy is town.

At the moment, I strongly suggest that our first lynch of the day be Fircoal. Thus;

Vote: Fircoal.

There is one last thing that I would like to mention, while I'm here.

Given that this is catastrophe mafia, and is thus extremely bloody, it might behoove the power roles to go ahead and step forwards today to tell us what you know. The odds are rather good that you won't live until tomorrow, so sitting on what you have may be detrimental to the town.

In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that now might be a good time for a mass claim; but, I'll wait until I hear everyone's responses to that particular idea.

Lastly; yes, I'm well aware that Fircoal claimed cop yesterday. I'm voting him anyway, since I believe his claim to be a lie. Fircoal, if you have a defense (or a scum result), now's the time to clear your name.
