I guess that would make me a racist, bible believing, white twat of a cunt then. As well as, what was it? Ah yes, having a banana stuck up my "arse" and shit in my eyes.
Ah well, least it is better then making an ass out of myself.
And in Wyoming, we had a couple of things for the state Constitution which were:
A. Shortening the Governor's acceptance speech. (yes)
B. All schools in Wyoming get a fair share of funds. (yes)
C. A 1 cent increase to the 6% sales tax, raising it to 7%. (Yes)

With the Netherlands in a three way tie for the world's highest tax burden, I'd expect you'd see it that way. Not actually a tax payer much yet though are you? Still in school?

We got an... interesting...
initiative measure in Oregon this year (most of the the ones we get are Sizemore measures

). Here's a good paraphrasing from Wikipedia:
Wikipedia wrote:Ballot Measure 65 is a ballot measure for the November 2008 general election in the state of Oregon. It would replace the current primary election system, in which only members of the Democratic or Republican parties may vote in partisan primary races.
Under Measure 65, voters would receive the same ballot regardless of their own party registration; for each partisan position, the ballot would list all candidates, also without regard for party registration. Voters would choose one candidate, and the top two candidates would advance to the November general election.
I somewhat doubt it will be passed because of course the major political parties oppose it. But, plausibility aside, what do you lot make of it? What kind of impact do you think something like this would have?
(p.s. I already voted so this is just out of curiosity. As for president, I picked Obama of course)

er! what? I don't think that's true. People would rightly have supported Colin Powell had he run. Obama is a dangerous communist and we will all see how the world will now tilt to the leftist void of communism once he is elected.

To be honest the entire thread was set up as a joke. I greatly overestimated the number of threads that would be made in OT about why i voted.
I posted it right after Inkl0sed, and have not been followed nearly as much as i thought.

I stopped being concerned about the outcome a few days ago. It's pretty certain, imo. In fact, if McCain won, I'd let whomever choose the most humiliating avatar they could think of.
