Haha, good win. Although I wouldn't say that I am completely pleased with Dice-K...it was a good win.

yeah, he's gotta quit getting rattled like that. it seems to me like he gets frustrated when he doesn't get calls from the home plate ump. last night, after that first walk in the 4th included questionable calls on two out of four balls, he just seemed to get too worked up to hit the strike zone. they'll work that out, I think.

7 games losing strek, I'm having a blast with this, and there are rumors that the managers head is on the line. SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We Red Sox fans know better than to say that stuff outloud. Look what you did. Haha

Well we lost today. I personally am ok with this. We can't win every game, and i'd rather get all our yankee-losing out of the way early in the season.

And pettite got injured, so its all good, huh.

If i may say something, i beleive that al east fans are a disgrace, your all sellouts who boo your own team, learn some loyalty, if this does not apply to you then this will, the yankees and red sox are sorry excusses for teams, although good, they both spit on the game of baseball.

Well, genius, you may be surprised to find out that Red Sox fans happen to be the most loyal fans in baseball. Yankees fans, too, are loyal as well.

Before you make such ridiculous statements, try supporting them with a fact or two. For instance, what constitutes the Game of Baseball, and how in the world do the yankees or the red sox spit on it?
And what team would better exemplify this so called 'game of Baseball' to you than any AL east team? why?

Idiot..

Seconded. And by the way, Tavarez actually did a good job, except for the 3rd inning. Red Sox take 5 of 6, how's that for revenge you last place yankees. Can't wait to see Cashman fired monday, I really hope its not Torre, I actually respect him

We probably know more about baseball than you. Yankee fans are really the only fans that boo thier own players.

Why would they fire anyone? There stradagy has been the same for years, buy players and pay them for what they used to be worth, and its never worked, why would they expect it to now. Before 1999 or so this was not the case, but ever since then pretty much, buy buy and buy and then suck.

Yes we do, im thinking it was just coors feild, hes been fine everywhere else, but yates continues to rock ass, and as long as we get to 2 outs while batting hopefully we can still outscore our oppenents and maybe not have to have bob save every night. Whos your favorite player?

Today's game blew. Maybe if Wickman were thinner he would have been able to jumb up and catch that hopper in the ninth to turn a double play. Or, if he would have not sucked, that whole mess wouldn't have happened.

But how many have they won the last 6? :-^

Definitely, Smoltz and Hudson are pitching great.

How about that game-winner by AJ last night? It's good to see him coming out of this slump he's been in.
