Again with the whole "wait until a case is presented by someone else". If you're mafia, that's a perfect way to not draw attention to yourself because the more you talk the more likely you are to make a mistake/draw a cop investigation on yourself.

well i didn't see a need to respond to the joke vote, cause thats what i took it as a joke, and about the only case there is right now is on hensow, who seems slightly scummy but not enough, IMO, to warrant a vote, yet.

and i understand kgb that your prodding for results to see if ill rise to the bait and if i seem scummy or not, but it all seems a bit hypocrtical to me, cause i could make the same case against almost anyone in the game right now, for example spiesr, confirms, joke vote and an explanation of joke vote, kgb, confirm, joke vote, what looks like a semi-serious vote, a redaction of said vote, and a call for me to be more active, (and i might add after being prodded.) i could go on but it would be redundant to do so

Im ghostly's brother. He needs no replacement, and I suspect the only reason he has not posted is because he hates day 1, much like I do. I see the necessity, but never know quite how to make conversation. Ill get him on this game right now .

I am extremely sorry for the inactivity on my part. I have been moving into college, just started today, had to hang out with friends, etc. the past few days. But most of all, I completely forgot about this game having started. So I will read up tonight and make a post later depending on what stage the game is in, etc.

well yes, when i started the post i didn't plan on voting hensow, but as i reread through the game i realized that it was the only case there was, and that we had to do something on day 1 so by the end i had decided to vote hen, yes i could have gone back and deleted my first statement before posting, but i thought it better to leave it as i originally wrote it

Yes, I have played with Hensow in games before. And yes, I'm reasonably sure activity has been an issue with him before as well.

At this point, I figure we get him to post a claim and then decide whether to hang him or not. I don't think we're going to get another case in under a week.

i reread the couple posts leading up to hensow's comment above and didn't think much of it as it appeared hensow didn't realize they were joke votes

i've never played with hensow before but then again i've only played a handful of games so I don't know if he is actually new to mafia or just new to these forums, i went through his posts and he's played golden pantheon, rolegift and legends of zelda but i'm not going to reread those threads to see if he picked up on the joke votes although a quick skim of his posts doesn't appear like he was joke voting

so if his "book" is his experience based on those 3 games then yeah he's in the neighborhood with his above post but I won't vote for him unless i don't like the next thing he has to say, choose your words wisely hensow...

as for gregwolf...you should have edited your post as it looks bad (to me at least) that you kick off your defense by saying you're not voting hensow and then ending your post by actually voting hensow, if you want to vote him based on saf's "case" fine but all the crap in the middle about being the subject of random scrutiny is a waste since spiesr was merely speculating via joke vote that you're ususally inactive and thechuck revisiting the joke vote before you quickly commented on that topic

why even acknowledge spiesr and chuck's discussion if you feel you're not inactive? the case against hensow was already underway but you ignored that until i cast a serious vote in your direction, it's funny though, you're posting a bit more now that you have 2 votes against you and hensow has gone silent since accruing 4 votes - the town could go either direction with that nugget

Could those voting for Hensow explain to me again what exactly they are basing this off of?
