Prime has come through quickly for us and we are pretty much ready to go!

I however need sleep and need to awake at 6:30 am for work tomorrow, and then I've got a class at 5 pm tomorrow. Games will be created and PM's sent out tomorrow night. Game matchup's have been set up at random and you can view them on page 1, post 2.

You'd figure that since I gave myself some extra time to NOT screw this up... but that's exactly what I did.

I added an extra zero to the game numbers I PM'ed out earlier. I've Pm'ed corrections and the thread here has correct game numbers and pairings posted on the first page(second post)

Again I apologize for the error. Let's move on and have fun with all our games!

I've replyed to you're Pm and you should be good to go now.

With just a short chance to look at stuff right now, I see 9 players haven't joined their games, it'll be 8 once kenbeuken's joins his game, now that his issue has been resolved. So I will look into all that tonight, see if there are any more joining game problems that need to be resolved. I'd take care of all this now, but I've only got a few minutes, then I have to head back to work... which may run long tonight.... ugh I hate managment types, annoying to the nth degree.

So I will be on tonight (say 10 pm EDT) for a couple hours, with the ability to resolve problems and answer questions if needs be!

I should also be online on and off most of Friday since I've got off from work AND school.

One game has yet to start, primarily because manoman has not joined his game, but Bald Andonis was in be has since dropped... I will be giving manoman a last chance to join his game or I will turn his spot over to a reserve(Thomo1970). Once this game is underway hopefully eveything will pretty much fall into place.

Despite a few foulup by myself, so far,I believe we're running realativly well.(knock wood) Feel free to comment, I welcome feedback. I truely hope to run a few touraments around here in the upcoming months, and have a couple idea's floating in my mind that should become tournaments in the future. This is a learning experience for me, and really, REALLY, wanna hear what I can do better and what I've done well on so far. Hopefully I can improve on all things, good and bad.

I'll be giving another day or so to see how many more games will finish, at least 2 more within the turn, and the rest, except for 1, should be finishing in around 48 hours. Sometime Tuesday night I will begin making available second round games.

We're moving along nicely, so I've got all second round games ready to go. 2 games will have to wait for the final first round game to finish to see who their last oppoent will be, but from the looks of it, I'd guess 2... 3 rounds more there and they will be complete.

Check out the first post for eliminated characters; anyone not in the tournament feel free to post on who you think will, or should win! One of the things that would be great to see in a lot of these ongoing tournaments, I'd think, would be a peanut gallery of spectators, hecklers and fans! Ehh... I've seen them teleavize Scrabble for God's sake... think of what it could be for a tournament like this..... ok, don't answer that.

We are almost done with the final 1st round game, so those of you waiting, stay frosty, that will be over shortly, and tinal67 or redtide will be joining your game shortly.

It is also my misfortune to inform you all that Good Olde' Charlie Brown has had the football pulled out from under him, again, and won't be winning this tournament... Apon completion of the second round I will make a listing of all remaning characters and see what's-what. I know we've lost quite a few well known characters so far, but it be quite interesting to see who is left and who is playing who!
