Would a simple: "we live in the same house" statement to the moderators before 2 people with the same IP play a game not be a lot simpler to prevent these matters?

just wanted to say thanks to all that helped get mort and holly back playing .the lounge is a close nit group that loves to kill eachother.it wouldnt have been any fun if we couldnt KILL MORT. thanks again and look foward to killing you all . oh can anybody help risk jim get in he cant get past the main page? great site guys well done nice place to play risk . thank you daz .
