So, the decision was made that while what coded is doing is piss poor sportsmanship, he did attempt to win his games thus making this not point dumping per say. He was warned not to hold games again in the future and that he should end all outstanding games.

If we start seeing copycats showing up, this kind of gameplay will see a pretty quick, pretty harsh crackdown because it's not cool for those who are stuck in games which are being held.

Kill his sportsmanship ratings by all means, I think he's earned it.

Difference is when I did it, it wasn't against any explicitly stated rule. And I wouldn't have done it if it I had known it was against any rule. Now it is.

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

It's considered "gross abuse" apparently. I really think you'll just get a warning for this as its a smart mathematical tactic which is why I tried it.

You misspelled "when I was caught". Hope that helps.

I agree kyle, this is an outrage. I found some supporting evidence for your case though, hope it helps...

I have looked into how many Stalin killed and it was like 40-50 million people, all Hitler did was 11 million, and yet Hitler is portrayed as the bad guy, what kind of fairness is that?

Oh right, yeah of course, I get it - killing Jews is bad, killing anyone else is fine. I guess you're acquitted of breaking the rules here then. Congratulations

Don't forget Stalin fought with the allies whilst Hitler attempted to conquer the majority of Europe, bringing about many other deaths, though to argue that Stalin is portrayed by the media as a 'good guy' is a vast misjudgement. Quite the opposite as he alongside Hitler and Genghis Khan is seen as one of the biggest tyrants to have ever existed. Also, I believe Kyle's point has some validity as it is viewed that the systematic extermination and targetting of one race is a bigger crime than just killing indiscriminately.

Per the Major/Severe Infraction Guidelines, as outlined in the Community Guidelines and on the Rules Page under "unwritten rules", and since this is Kylegraves1's first Infractions, he has been Warned to stop being involved in "Hostage Games", due to the Game evidence in this topic.

Should he continue, or be involved in any other Major/Severe Infraction, he will be on a 1 Month Vacation from the Forum or from Gaming on Conquer Club, depending on the Infraction.

I think it is a bit more sinister than that.
