I see that it's about win percentage now and not age, but the language is all like someone is talking about age, so whatever. If he wanted to be clear, he'd have used the % sign a bunch. Anyone saying teens and twenty somethings and isn't talking about age needs to make that clear.

Dunno why under 30% matters. I'm at 29% and play exclusively 5-8 player games, mostly 8. Anyone better than me at games with the same number of players would be in the 30s.

Now admittedly I have put very little effort into this observation but wouldn't being a high ranked 20%er just mean you played varied games for a while and then decided to, as of late, focus on very specific settings or just stared "trying" in order to jump in rank??? I guess the intrinsic value of 20%-30% eludes me.
