How very odd, if sam wasn't a roleblocker, I have absolutely no idea what the locked house is.

Right.. the night Illy claimed he roleblocked sam

I think it's safe to assume I'm the guy inside the locked house (lightning rod). Looking at the scene, it seems as though I was the one roleblocked. On top of this ace's protection sounds more likely from a doc than a roleblocker, and he did say he protected himself that night.

I guess I was lucky with this one, I've been following it from the early pages. Interesting for an outsider, not too sure what it'll be like to be playing.

Well, if he blocked sam (or anyone else) it would be redirected to you, unless you had already been blocked by someone else.

Yeah I thought about that but it doesn't make sense. If my action happened before the roleblock, it would attract every other action including the mafia kills onto me at the same time as well. The roleblock would then happen, but wouldn't do anything. Seems more likely to me that the roleblock happens before the lightning rod than the lightning rod attracting the roleblock before everything else

Of course he wasn't being serious but i dont see why an experienced player would joke about being scum except to appear relaxed, and only scum and noobs care about appearing relaxed in their role and kalish aint no noob.

I haven't played mafia before, is being scum a bad thing?



My post was in reference to the absurdity of /'s post, being as it was post #2 from me here it was a simple way to point out the obvious fallacy of my being a good lead as I had said nothing but "I'm in the process of reading the thread" prior to that. I will say though there's little to go on in the way of true evidence so perhaps pushing on a replacement (me) IS a good strategy if you're a member of a scum group (possibly small, <3) with defined members being as then you'd know who was on your side already and since this game is so far along you'd probably have some idea of who the enemy(s) may be or if you're confirmed town (which I didn't see) and confident you've got a lead (people alive vs. scum wise) you can push the subs because they tend to be scum in that scenario. I haven't been here for the previous 11 days so I can't venture a guess as to which it is and reading the last 6 game days has provided no clues either way.



On a side note, how you been Nick? Its been awhile my friend.

I am a replacement as well and so is nick, that isn't an excuse. I really have no idea whats going on with the night actions and such and I only found out my role on this day although I will admit /'s post seems a little scummy.

But rather than sarcasm would it not have been better to point out he hasnt given any reasons and is just bandwaggoning. And if your not sure what your being accused of say you will re-read and post a defence. That would be much more helpful and much less scummy than what you did post.

Kalish for someone with experience it should be pretty obvious to you that you'll be judged on what your replacee has said/done
