January 7th, 2011 you opened this HA. I truly commend your performance when you could have dropped this so easily on so many occasions. My only regret is getting knocked out in round twentysomething.

I'm waiting on a hard drive to get fixed to be able to post the advancement stats and charts ... may not happen until next week.

In the meantime, anyone wanna play one of these games? I got one more slot open ...

lascheves seems to be guested. It is pity when players getting eliminated from such an epic tournament by forfeit.

I'd like to get another game in this round ... right now signed up for [game]12676961[/game] on USA 2.1, but I'd be willing to consider others. Join that game or PM with an alternative

As long as its not a map I've won AND against someone I've already beat (which is the case for the only partially filled games now) I'll play.

I think in this late phase of the tourney you will hard find map/player who fits into this description, especially in so late phase of the round. To have the most unique map and the most unique players win is also my goal, and therefore I join all my matches very fast, when there are still open room to be picked both player and map that I still do not have achieved win.

Lascheves has not joined yet--but since I has so much time in between rounds last time I have given him 24 hours to join games--I will probably just make random games--if he gets back to me and you did not play three games in round 29 and want to play to knock him out--wall me and I will invite you. Here is the message I left him:

you have not joined any games since 4/17 and you did not play round 29--I assume you have left CC. I will give you 24 hours to respond to this and find you opponents, but after 9am eastern on Monday you will be eliminated from HA's 200th

I did a random.org for player map picks for this round and will send a pm to the top five listed for maps and settings--This was the initial way I had planned on doing it and since we are really getting down to the top awesome players left I do not want specialization taking over. The five listed here have 24 hours to send me their maps and settings and I will start round 30 on Monday.

I found no info on his guesting so I guess we move on. I have pm'd the requests for maps and settings to the five. I will make them, the three normal map selections and I am sure a few of my choice sometime Monday or Tuesday and send out the joining instructions.

There are plenty of players among the remaining players that I have not beaten yet (something like 2/3 of them) and tons of maps that I have not won on. And in order to make the game, I only needed a game that meets one of those two criteria. Shouldn't be that hard. Games are still up, so the offer is still open. Anyone without 3 games in go join my game

Let's just say I wouldn't bother waiting for him to come back.

how long are we gonna continue to play 3 games before we go to a bracket style format for the end of the tournament?

I don't think we do we go like this until the end I believe ...

I like to proceed with the same format, it is interesting, still every round someone is out.

I would suggest maybe we change to bracket system after 50 rounds, as it is round number.

It will stay the same the whole way--I have ran others like this and they end much quicker than you would think. I will do my best to keep it moving quickly--the quicker players join the quicker we can move to the next round.

Sorry to say but i am out of this tourney. I am proud i reached round 30 and i want to say thanks to HA for making it possible.
