This wouldn't be the first time we've cut people some slack. 26.5 hours instead of 24, especially with her excuse, doesn't bug me, and I'd say it's a close enough amount of time that she shouldn't get her fifth letter.

1. No one, to my knowledge, has been denied their 24 hours
2. the 24 hour rule has been rather loosely enforced thus far
3. if you'd shown up 26.5 hours after the previous letter and said that you had actual RL commitments (soccer practice, doctor visit, whatever), I'm sure you would have been granted a dispensation.

Ultimately, I don't even know why I'm fighting you on this. Better for me that Skoffin gets a letter and goes. But I hate to see someone get their final letter because of an unexpectedly long doctor's appointment.

And If I can't use my knowledge of knowing all 493 of the Pokemon then you can't use the knowlegde of the quantum field theory, or anceint history.
