Oh shit, this might actually be a problem.
So there is actually no way we're able to win this unless 2 people suddenly stop being inactive?

I admit Minister Masket also had to prod me to remembering that I have obligations besides Finals.
This storm of counter-claims, while not confusing, is pure WiFoM. Unfortunately, I only know one person I can trust: ace1217. Half of everyone else is lying, so I need to tread cautiously in case we are close to a scum victory.
/'s behavior has been very erratic today. He revised his potential night tracks when contested. But, he cited suspicious vote hopping by nagerous.
/ wrote:nagerous, You were one of the first to vote drench on the second day, bandwagoning as soon as a case was put together, (you claimed he was the scummiest player in your opinion all game) being a long time mafia player, you would of course realized that bandwagoning drench if hypothetically a scummate would result in less suspicion on you, but the moment that drench fake claimed, you unvoted, this was a window of opportunity to save a scummate for later.
After drench voted to pressure me, you immediately hopped the wagon, there was no basis, and the wagon was being led by the one who in your own words "peaked your scumdar all game".
/ switched quickly between nagerous and icedagger, but because he believes both are scum. Both have voted for lurkers, as have I and many others, so that is a nonissue. Despite my dubious record, I feel I must compare their supposed night actions.
Night 1: nag- AceArtimis->pmchugh . /- Flores->____
Night 2: nag- Drench->______ . /- Iliad->____
Night 3: nag- spiesr->Drench . /- Drench->____
Night 4: nag- Nzen->________ . /- Spiesr->Snorri1234
Night 5: nag- Snorri1234->___ . /- Icedagger->____
The first night conforms to what we know and I expect. I don't really like the second night for either claim as both seem to be random, even though nagerous seems to have found a power role. Nagerous' potential third action fits what we know exactly again. However, /'s target makes more sense as Drench had promised to bestow a power on someone. This falls in deep doubt because - as mentioned - spiesr only saw pmchugh. Occam's razor discourages believing a mafia roleblock, but it isn't impossible. I can't imagine why a tracker would watch me, a claimed lover. /'s supposed choice makes some sense; he can confirm a potenial power role or out a falseclaim. Last night looks random again for both.
/'s targets for 3 & 4 make sense to me, as each follows players who promised to act. Nagerous' targets look nice retrospectively, but that's it. He doesn't follow up on an ambiguous power role on night two, nor 'did' he test Drench's falseclaim. He says he trusted him after night two, but why? The fact that Drench didn't target anyone does not imply anything about his alignment.
I am forced to choose between two suspicious players. Sheepofdumb backs nagerous, but scum are going to rally today. / has a nearly full bandwagon, but I can't tell whether quiet players springing to a single target are scum or just prodded.
Forced to drink,
I vote nagerous. I want a bit clearer evidence (or reasoning) before I seal our collective fate.

Two trackers and two Belkars and a scum claim...
Belkar makes more sense as a bomb than a tracker to me. His tracking skills are worthless and he's vindictive and homicidal.
Two trackers isn't that damning... I suppose it's possible.
I would vote /, but that would end the day and I'd like to give the others that were prodded a chance to re-read and post something.

Nzen, what are you smoking?
/ has all but claimed scum.
My tracking stories correspond with those who I tracked's stories. / also slipped up with the spiesr fake tracking and got counter-claimed.
You'll be who I push against tomorrow, granted if I survive the ngith

The tracking a claimed lover is complete skimming from me, but remember quite often - one lover is mafia, the other is town

Indeed. I would also like to see people actually post something solid instead of just something like:
"Read back. Vote this person"
This is why I called icedagger suspicious, because he just turned up and voted.

I think it was the whole confessing guilt, editing his claim and self-voting thing that swung it for me.
I have to say though, this is completely out of character for /. He wouldn't normally melt down like this at all

I'm not attacking your vote, which was sensible and completely right. Rather, the ninja-way you did it.

Last Dance for the Hat-ManThe man with the hat was on the verge of victory, but like the Jackal before him, his evil deeds eventully came back to haunt him. In the face of adversity, his tower of lies crumbled beneath him, and he was sent to the chopping block. However, a character as puzzling as himself would not allow a normal death. As his decapited cranium hit the floor, it was swallowed up by the only true friend he had, his hat, whihc prompty shuffled away, never to be seen again.

Tracked OffThe elf Cale had been one of the town's most useful allies, more often then not assuming the role of unofficial leader, we aware of the dangers such a position brought. However...with the nefarious Godfather dead, surely the evil drawn members were unable to decide to a kill? That was the general consensus until Cale's body was found the following morning, his skull burned from the inside out with rather generous amounts of acid. This could only be the work of Xykon...the town's work was far from over. nagerous - Cale (Tracker) has been killed!(Picture unavailable due to Photobucket logging me out, and details forgotten

I just realized that if we had been really paying attention, we could have lynched / on day four. Just like a mystery novel, the essential clue was given earlier, then dismissed:
Minister Masket wrote:As the second night descends, we will accompany the primary antagonist of our story. Not much can be said of his character, other than his trademark hat that strikes fear into his enemies. Pleased with the results of his assassin the night previous, he decided to indulge in a bit of DIY. Being lazy, his town target was chosen purely at random. After just 36 seconds, it was over. On the way back, he was certain there were a pair of eyes following his movements...
AceArtemis has been killed!
Day 3 Begins!
That was on page 22. Day four began five pages later.
spiesr wrote:That was me. Watched drench last night and pmc visited him.
So drench is bad. The description that the post shows seems to match drench's claimed character however this seems to match him being scum. Vote Drench
I am Dr Hobo - Town Watcher.
(ga7) watched Iliad on Night 1 and / on Night 2. No-one visited them.
Of course, I didn't really give credence to anything spiesr said until scum killed him.
