actually hussein was a terrorist before he was a dictator, and depending on your definition while he was in power. his attempts to exterminate whole segments of the population because of a difference in religion, political opinion, and ethnic background would, in my opinion place him in the same catigory as hitler, stalin,and others throughout history who have attempted to oppress and or eliminate those peoples that don't share their own religion, political views or ethnic background.
as for the president i think you know my answer, i also think John Hanson should be on the list.
he was the first president, not under the system in use today, but still first. if the founding fathers found him to be the most qualified then should at the very least make the list.

I don't see how anyone could call jackson the best. He was only good at handling the economy but that does not make up for all the innocent Indians he killed.

Lincoln did not deny their rights. The Civil War started while Abe Lincoln was president-elect during the presidency of James Buchanan. (I might have spelt that wrong.) Lincoln was president through all but the first week or so of the Civil War but James Buchanan was President during the days leading up to the war so he is to blame for making it happen.

So what? That counts as experience in my book, especially since a lot of people thought he was more influential than both Harding and Coolidge as Commerce Secretary.

That doesen't count for much. Although Hoover did try to do good as President and he did have some good accomplishments but not all that great at handling the economy.
