Okay I'll take a guess...
Is it Hell Boy 1 or 2? It has that sort of comic book feel to it...I'm completely stumped on this one.

It's neither of those, but getting a comic book feel from it is understandable.

No, not
Angel Sanctuary, is there even a live action movie adaptation of that?
The quickie thing is still there, but it just took a few seconds longer to load than the rest of the page.
