Ya, but if you look at the guy holding the flag poll, the poll is perpendicular to the lines, therefore the lines are horizontal. The Italian flag is vertical.

Yeah, at first I also thought of Italy, but when Hungary was mentioned I realized that the stripes were the wrong way.
