Man I gotta tell ya, Your words seem very contradictory to me. I do not know what kind of games you guys are playing in this sub-forum, and I do not have the time, or interest in learning, so I will just give myself a "move along".

I'm sorry but if they need to hide behind a technicality like that its sad.
It's not a technicality. It is a simply-stated fact. Unlimited speed games were never promised in the TOS.
If you wanna argue about it. a speed
game is a
game. they promise
unlimited simultaneous games. thats breach of contract.
It doesn't promise anything about how many games waiting for players that you can have.

The site is user-based and user-driven. The content, suggestions, bug reports, add-ons are almost exclusively user-submitted and it is something inherent to the site. New and old users would have been able to negotiate the change and had a vote on it. Doing so would have been proper because the user contract recognizes that other users will affect the gaming experience by the content, suggestions, etc. submitted.
According to your quote then this issue was addressed properly in the suggestions froum.
