Ha ha.. i can still recall vividly when was the last time i got him noted... that was months ago and i retracted what i said as i was still a new player.
This time round it is actually coming from one of the top players really makes me eager to know what is the out come..
1) All the accussed are not guilty thus removing this trend?
2) All the accussed are not guilty but are noted based on the info?
3) All the accussed are guilty and have their premium removed?
4) All the accussed are guilty, scored reset and premium removed?
(No offence to anyone just a personal thought on the possibilities)
Personnally i think there is a higher chance of 1 or 2. But from the way it was 1st posted looks like he wanted to achieve goal number 4

Max, who has been censored for his game abuse, is the main witness for the prosecution even though he hasnt in fact got any first hand experience of playing games with Scott.
Whump, whose contributions on this thread nicely sum up his level of inteligence and bias, is another ace for the prosecution despite being banned from Scotts games because he is so hopeless.
The defence case is based solely on the evidence of a string of top players who assert that Scott is totaly innocent of cheating, these players it must be noted actually do play with the accused on a regular basis.
Clearly the only sane conclusion is that Scott is guilty as hell and my firm advice is for him to run away before the execution ( it would be a nice Irony if Bruce did the actual hanging )

Sorry Comic, I know you would like to hang scott at times but nah we can't do that. You did sum it up nicely. I have yet to see one respectable player say scott is cheating, with anybody. Why, because it is not true. All I have seen are a few haters showing up to flame outside of flame wars. Typical. To be honest I am shocked it took soo long for max to try and dig something up. I have no clue what he has been doing as of late, as I have him on ignore. If scott is guilty of anything, it is what most high ranks are guilty of. That is going overboard a bit in games with the chat sometimes. There is nothing to see here. Move along....

I finally clicked on a couple of games that had the most entertaining descriptions attached. It took me awhile to follow what had happened in the game, let alone KG who didn't even play in them. It appears the notes attached are as random as the games I chose to analyze.
[game]3168614[/game]- Bruce owned Irkutsk and didnt steal a kill when all he needed to do was attack yakutsk; instead, scott made the kill, took the cards, and swept the board
2008-09-01 01:53:04 - Buizerd cashed in a set of Siam, Afghanistan, and Mongolia worth 40 armies
2008-09-01 01:53:05 - EckoJ attacked Siam from China and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-09-01 01:53:06 - Buizerd deployed 43 armies on Japan
2008-09-01 01:53:07 - Buizerd attacked Mongolia from Japan and conquered it from EckoJ
2008-09-01 01:53:13 - Bruceswar attacked China from India and conquered it from EckoJ
2008-09-01 01:53:17 - Bruceswar attacked Irkutsk from Yakutsk and conquered it from EckoJ
2008-09-01 01:53:20 - Buizerd attacked China from Mongolia and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-09-01 01:53:23 - EckoJ attacked India from Siam and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-09-01 01:53:24 - Scott-Land cashed in a set of Eastern Australia, Iceland, and Madagascar worth 45 armies
2008-09-01 01:53:24 - Scott-Land gets bonus of 2 armies added to Madagascar
2008-09-01 01:53:25 - Scott-Land deployed 48 armies on Afghanistan
2008-09-01 01:53:26 - Scott-Land attacked India from Afghanistan and conquered it from EckoJ
2008-09-01 01:53:27 - Scott-Land attacked Siam from India and conquered it from EckoJ
2008-09-01 01:53:27 - Scott-Land eliminated EckoJ from the game
Bruce is going for the kill on Ecko- in fact he is the one that took Yakusk. There wasn't a steal to be made on that territory. Buiz drops Japan for the steal and hits Bruce in China. I wait and drop in Afghanistan for the re-steal from Buiz. Fundamental part of speed freestyle- setting up steals.
[game]3100999[/game]- Bruce doesnt use his holdings in North America to steal a kill and instead, scott took the cards, double cashed and swept
2008-08-22 02:25:15 - Bruceswar attacked Indonesia from Siam and conquered it from artyu
2008-08-22 02:25:16 - Scott-Land cashed in a set of Southern Europe, Congo, and Northwest Territory worth 35 armies
2008-08-22 02:25:17 - Scott-Land deployed 40 armies on China
2008-08-22 02:25:18 - Scott-Land attacked Siam from China and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-08-22 02:25:19 - Scott-Land attacked Indonesia from Siam and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-08-22 02:25:20 - DAT_WAT_SHE_SAID attacked Siam from India and conquered it from Scott-Land
2008-08-22 02:25:20 - Scott-Land attacked New Guinea from Indonesia and conquered it from demonfork
2008-08-22 02:25:21 - Scott-Land attacked Western Australia from New Guinea and conquered it from demonfork
2008-08-22 02:25:21 - Scott-Land eliminated demonfork from the game
Again- another textbook steal. I'm waiting for a player to kill off the majority of the opponents armies. I drop and run over Bruce and beat Dat into Aussie for the steal.
2008-08-22 02:28:29 - Scott-Land attacked Alaska from Kamchatka and conquered it from Anomander
2008-08-22 02:28:33 - Scott-Land attacked Egypt from North Africa and conquered it from Anomander
2008-08-22 02:28:34 - Scott-Land attacked Middle East from Egypt and conquered it from DAT_WAT_SHE_SAID
2008-08-22 02:28:34 - Scott-Land attacked Afghanistan from Middle East and conquered it from Anomander
2008-08-22 02:28:35 - Bruceswar attacked Middle East from Southern Europe and conquered it from Scott-Land
2008-08-22 02:28:37 - Scott-Land attacked Central America from Venezuela and conquered it from artyu
2008-08-22 02:28:38 - Scott-Land attacked Western United States from Central America and conquered it from Anomander
2008-08-22 02:28:38 - Scott-Land eliminated Anomander from the game
My next kill Bruce indeed goes for the steal and/or a block. Bruce hits Mid East one second after me; and I barely get to Afghan without being autoed. Keep in mind the total kill took 8 seconds of which the final two fronts took 4 seconds. From the game log, it shows Bruce to be in NW Terr of which I have no idea the amount of armies nor do I know if it was enough to take W Us ( I tend to leave the last front as the most difficult to be stolen). I didn't bother to check which other players held the closer North America territories. Perhaps the OP could tell us who can switch from Mid East to NW Terr and hit two territories before I make the kill in Western Us from Venezuela under 4 seconds while still advancing to a different territory and why no one else stole it? EDIT: Extremely high standards too impose on even the absolute best freestyle player to make a FOUR territory multi-front steal under 4 seconds...
If the OP( or anyone for that matter) could actually provide me a game number instead of listing 100 random games for me to filter through, I'd be more than willing to take a look. Otherwise this is gross abuse by KingofGods wasting CC's resources.

Scott, I find it amazing how much information you can bend to make it appear bruce didnt cheat when it is so obvious he did. I reviewed both of the games after reading your post and, while I believe that king may have made a mistake when reading the game logs in the first link you mentioned as it is pretty clear that other people blocked him from making it, in the second link you commented on, there is not one piece of logic to your argument. bruce was going for the kill and only had 2 territories left to attack in order to kill demonfork and possibly win the game. However, instead of attacking them, he waited over 4 seconds for you to cash and take him out before you could make it. I dont care how slow bruce claims he is, no one is that slow or that stupid. He gave you the game and there is nothing else to it.
Furthermore, your argument has no legitimacy in that same game because even if he successfully took Middle east, he would only be helping make it easier for you as Anomander had another territory left which bruce couldnt have gotten to.
Congratulations Scott. In the 50+ links king provided, you found 2 games that you considered bad examples, thats less than 4% of his links, and one of them was you clearly coming up with bs in order to make you appear that you have a case. You are a cheat scott and it is about time someone took action against you.
Oh, and to the other people who are trying to justify scotts innocence based upon the possibility that I was the person who posted the thread, evidence is evidence and just because you dont have any that can support scott because he is so clearly wrong, dont call it vengeful. Btw, king changed his password a month ago, I dont even know it and couldnt have written that post on his account even if I wanted to. But still, nice try attempting to create a diversion to prevent people from realize how guilty scott and bruce really are

Of course there are cliffnotes
Summary:
People are mad that they got blocked because of a post Bruce made. They also do not like Scott for whatever reason.
Sooo.....they decide to make ridiculous false claims with laughable 'evidence' distorted to look good enough to get Scott/Bruce 'busted' for 'cheating'.
When in actuality, Scott is good, Bruce is slow and made bad plays, Scott won, people are jealous.
The end. Basically.

I'm not involved in anyway with the accused or the accusers however, having searched though games involving a lot of those defending the accused and slating the accusers it would seem that they all play or have played together in some form.
Indeed the accusers have played 100's of games with those they have accused, even doubles and trebles.........Up until recently that is. It seems that they may have recently 'fallen out' with the group of secret alliance partners (yes I said group). That is how they know that the two are cheating. They used to be part of it. Indeed someone mentions that 'player X no longer has scotts love'.
Although win stats could be construed as misleading when a small sample is taken the shear number of games played and the win percentages in 8 player games for these players makes a compelling case. when a player has a win percentage of 36%, which includes singles and low player number games but has a win rate of 40-50% in 8 player games with certain players and the other players also win a high percentage of those games it begins to look a bit smelly.
Infact some of the games look very strange. Player A wins a high percentage of games played with player B. Player C wins most of the games played with player A and suprisingly, or not, player B wins the majority of games played with player C. A kind of round robin of cheating if you like.
I will e-ticket the players concerned to the admins for them to look into (i'm still looking) but I must say that the secret allience cases are very difficult to prove and this one seems to involve several very highly rated players. But then maybe thats why they are highly rated.

Hehe... if I get blocked with Scott-land... no one shall be able to beat me and I'll have a free reign on 8-man games....
(as if... with his current points... I can play 4 of them with him, he wins 3 I win 1, and I still gain more points off of him than I lose... and I'm pretty damn sure he's not going to be winning vs me 3-1... even if I'm using MASSIVE secret diplomacy violations in order to gift him wins so I don't lose my precious points that I would never throw away at a whim, whether it be deranking or getting pissed off VERY VERY occasionally at a random noob and suiciding... occasionally being 1/3 games).

DelBoy,
It is simple as this. Ever played an 8 man speed? Well I will check you. A quick check shows no, never. The reason you see many high ranks winning these games, is the simple fact they are hard to win and you need practice and skill to be able to win, among other things. SPEED is a big factor in these speed games. There is no US anywhere. Everybody in these games plays for themselves. As bad or good as players might be, that is the nature of these games. Steals and more steals.
Maybe before you go getting all hog wild on a witch hut, watch a few games that have high ranks in them. Remember to keep and report back with what you saw. I somehow think you will not be able to remember everything you saw in one game much less hundreds of them.
You will notice the people who are accusing me and scott were just recently on a large block list, due to the driving force behind this, maxatstuy. I am sure you followed that thread.
You look at any of the top players that play this style, Scott, Poo, Rashid, Prank, Fable, KG, Fanta, Buiz, or whoever. Most of them will have good winning percentages. If you added them all up it would mean basically they win 75% of the games or more. The top 1% of the players who play get most of the wins for the simple reason they are just better. (Hence the more wins)
Do not waste the Mods time with E-tickets and whatnot. All your witch hut will turn up nothing. This is nothing more than a revenge attack, which is baseless, from maxatstuy.
Delboy01 I have an open invite to you or anybody else to play an 8 man freestyle speed. Once you have played then you can tell me how speed is a factor in these games. Until then you can only look at logs and wonder how fast it really is. There is nothing more here than mistakes made by me, where scott has taken advantage of. You could look at any of these players who are in the top and see that many of them, have stolen kills from me etc.

I have no idea what you're talking about, I was too slow, I didn't have enough armies, and Red was doing god knows what, making it all the more difficult for me or green(Fabled) to stop Scott. In what way did I give the game to Scott?

I was obviously trying to win the game myself, did you not notice I made the first kill in the game? I never claimed to be good at these games, I just enjoy playing them. Anyway, I was just getting used to CM at that time, I think I had them for about 2 days when I played that game. Everyone's arguments are so baseless, it is so annoying. Anyway, humley, this thread is not about me anyway. I am not being accused of cheating.
Ahh actually -
edit. This was your kill wasn't it? Sorry I was looking at the wrong part of the game log. This was the Aussie part. Yeah I pressed the wrong side of the mouse...sue me, like I said, I was just getting used to clicky maps. I still could only take a terr every couple seconds when Scott could take one a second or more. He's always faster, and he always gets the steal. It's why I usually wouldn't go for that kill, but I tried anyway. I shouldn't have until I was more familiar with CM.

Took you long enough to get here Hulmey...
[game]2977037[/game] - I just looked at the game myself... and it looks like a textbook steal. One of which if you read the chat, both scott, and fable were ready to make. You were far from one of the last players left to be taken out. You got eliminated, and while doing so the kill was stolen. That is how these games work. Steals upon steals. Looks like a good battle between fable and scott, who raced around the map making kills, until scott double cashed and killed fable. He then battled zat for a bit before winning.
Nothing to see here. Just a typical game where seconds make all the difference. - I did not take account of the dice as to why InsomniaRed could have missed the kill on you. I did not look into the numbers..

yes but i couldnt be bothered to open one just for you and scot
I never reported it at the time but since it all came up now, hell why not!! You could have esily killed me and you had 20 sitting there. At the time not knowing the freestyle circle, i just thought you were dumb and made a mistake. But looking back at it i think u set me up for scot. In this game scot had no chance of winning until you handed me, to him!! very very convenient!

For the record I had 6 there not 20

Big difference when I have to 2 spots more spots in Aussie to kill you.

Humley,
There are many games, where these top players only chance to win is to steal is a kill. That is how it works sometimes. They miss dice on one front, so they wait for some one else to try and come for the steal. Just the way these games are. Quit whining and take you loses like the rest of us when it happens. It has happened, to every player who plays these with any regularity.

even i being a complete freestyle escalating NOOB would have blocked scott-land from entering aussie!! (to get the steal). It looked suspicious at the time and i stated as much in game chat but i never knew the realtionship red and bruce had with scott-land.
